How are you doing ?

Made it through another week. It would be nice to enjoy each day a little more but my MS symptoms were up a bit last week. Stress is a trigger for a lot of what ails us all and there are times when we try all the tricks in the book, sleep, meds on time, tick off the mindfulness box, water, eat the right food – our symptoms rise up anyway. Usually they will pass. Keep a journal of what they are, are they new, recurring, worse, or just a repeat. Report to the doc.

I still think weather has a lot to do with it, and hormones, women do get it more than men. High pressure, low pressure, the trick is to learn when you feel things changing, and do what you can to minimize the length and severity of symptoms. Often that is what a DMD will do. But not always, or steroids – but all the meds have side affects, it takes time and patience to figure out what is the best Med for you and if you want to take steroids to help out.

Maybe it was all the mosquito bites and or deer fly bites and did I take my vitamin D?

Find something to laugh about, play with your fur friend, call someone, go for a walk or check out for a bit on the tube. It is summer – try and smell the flowers lol.
