Went for a Beautiful ride on our motorcycle today.  There is something about riding that makes me feel great to be alive.  Talk about being mindful.  Fresh air, sound of the bike and the wind, everything else fades into the background.  Coming home chilling in the backyard, feeling the warm sun just extended the moment.  Bout time…that was one long winter that is sweetly fading away…
