Airport security

Describe a random encounter with a stranger that stuck out positively to you.

Travelling to Mexico via Hamilton airport amid bad weather cancellations was chaotic one winter, but thanks to a chance meeting while looking for a cell phone charger helped smooth the way. An airport helper had erroneously advised me I didn’t need to go through the kiosks at the checkin counter, but I should have to have my passport validated. Consequently when it was time to board the plane was in a pickle. The person came to the counter with me and helped get me through as I couldn’t hear what the worker was trying to tell me. Thankfully I made it on the plane…I will always remember that act of kindness.
