It’s Saturday, the day I give my permission to not move, or, only when I have to – first up – leg sore, but my beautiful Violett needs to go out ! And by the time I am back my leg isn’t sore!

Coffee – warmed up in the microwave and Violett alerts me to the sound made when it is ready ! So she gets her treat ball and I have my coffee, reading FB and what not, doing an inventory of what I feel – hands and feet tingle , ankle hurts from walking but oh well!

Laundry in , and watched The Braid on Apple TV – meds and food …well that was the morning lol
