What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Well, this is a big topic for me. I think the biggest strategy lately, is a simple “Mood Tools” AP, can use it daily or whenever needed , it guides me to a more positive or productive way of thinking about a feeling , or a more positive way of looking at a response to an action …if that makes sense …mindfulness thinking is another , I don’t deny my feelings, but with a curious mind, ask myself why I am feeling this way? Is there a different way I could respond ?

Sleep on it , it will all look different in the morning….
